Option 1: In-App Account Deletion (Recommended)
You can instantly delete your account directly inside the Sri Lakshmi Home Made eStore mobile application:
Step 1
Open the app and log in to your account.
Step 2
Go to the Profile tab from the bottom navigation bar.
Step 3
Scroll down to the Privacy & Settings section and tap Delete Account.
Step 4
Confirm the deletion prompt. Your account and associated personal data will be immediately removed.
Option 2: Web / Support Email Request
If you cannot access the mobile application, you may request account & data deletion via email or telephone:

Please provide the phone number or email registered with your account. Data deletion requests are processed within 24-48 hours.
What Data Is Deleted?
- Personal Credentials: Your Phone Number, Email Address, Name, and Authentication PIN.
- Saved Addresses: All delivery street addresses and contact names.
- User Preferences: Saved Cart items, Wishlists, and Push Notification Device Tokens (FCM).
Data Retention Policy
Pursuant to applicable financial, tax, and legal auditing laws, completed purchase financial transaction receipts are securely retained in an anonymized format for accounting records.
